The doctoral dissertation explores the psychological peculiarities of the development of comprehensive educational institution headteachers' professional tolerance both during their initial (university) training and postgraduate (advanced) training. The author presents the concept and model of comprehensive educational institution headteachers' professional tolerance development, analyzes the levels of and factors in the development of comprehensive educational institution headteachers' professional tolerance, discusses the organizational and psychological support for the development of comprehensive educational institution head teachers' professional tolerance as well as describes the organizational and psychological conditions for the development of comprehensive educational institution headteachers' professional tolerance during their initial (university) professional training and postgraduate (advanced) training.
