The socio-philosophical conceptualization of justice as an imperative of socio-cultural reality, which reflects the systemic determinism of ideas about justice, defines the ideological and ontological priorities of the socio-cultural reality of a concrete historical format, was carried out in the dissertation. Each original socio-cultural reality symmetrically meets the original semantic verdict of justice. Socio-cultural peculiarity provides meaningful and mental peculiarities to ideas about justice, sets and determines such peculiarity in concrete details.
