Boiko V. Formation of the economic mechanism for the development of rural areas in the system of economic security of the state

The author examines the theoretical and methodological and applied aspects of the formation of the economic mechanism for the development of rural areas in the system of economic security of the state in the thesis paper. The author differentiates the characteristics of the impact of institutional, operating, organizational and economic, socio-psychological factors forming the economic security in rural and urban areas. The paper identifies the strategic, tactical and operative objectives of the development of rural areas in the system of economic security of the state. The classification of threats to the economic security of rural areas development has been carried out. The research methodology was developed and a methodology for assessing the economic security of the development of the rural areas was carried out. The world experience in the development of rural are as has been processed in the context of the implementation of the state policy of ensuring the state economic security and a scientific and methodical approach to its adaptive application in national conditions of management was proposed. The modern tendencies of development of rural territories are studied in the paper. An expert survey was conducted to identify the subjective impacts on the processes of ensuring the economic security of rural areas development. The political-administrative, organizational-economic, technical-technological, socio-cultural and natural-ecological determinants of the economic security of rural areas development have been identified and characterized. The author analyses the effectiveness of the state policy of ensuring economic security in the development of rural areas. The estimation of economic security of development of Ukraine's rural areas and its regions in 2011-2016 is carried out in the paper. It was found that during the periounder investigation the integral index of economic security of the development of Ukraine's rural areas was within the danger zone.
