Essay

The author is examines the theoretical and methodological and applied aspects of formalization of the synthesis processes of innovative intellectual decision-making systems for improving the efficiency of the functioning of economic systems. Problems of modeling innovative intellectual decision-making systems are studied, the classification of problems of analysis and data processing in the economy is improved, the prerequisites for choosing methods for identifying complex economic systems are analyzed, and intellectual methods for identifying complex economic systems are analyzed. Methodological approaches to the synthesis of intellectual decision-making systems and the concept of their modeling based on the complex use of intelligent computing at all stages of decision-making in the processes of observation, modeling, identification and evaluation have been developed and brought to a methodological level. To implement the concept, genetic models for solving data processing problems have been developed; methods for selecting data for solving complex economic problems using artificial neural networks; methodical approach to the formulation of the problem of neural network modeling, which is tested in solving complex economic problems; criteria and methods for selecting tools for intellectual analysis and data processing; simulation models for identifying the parameters of economic systems; methods for ensuring comparability of results when comparing the effectiveness of solving economic problems of analysis and data processing. Systematized methods of investigating the effectiveness of modern tools for intellectual analysis and data processing; methods of assessing the effectiveness of solving complex economic problems. Practical approbation of scientific and methodological approaches, models, methods and practical recommendations is carried out.
