The object of research: the professional training of the future specialists in tourism science in the higher education institutions. The aim of research: the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the professional training of the future specialists in tourism science in the higher education institutions and determination of the organizational and methodological conditions for their application. The subject of research: the theoretical and methodological foundations of the professional training of the future specialists in tourism science in the higher education institutions in the modern conditions of the tourism industry. The results of research and novelty: The theoretical and methodological foundations of the professional training of the future masters of tourism in higher educational institutions of Ukraine are investigated. The essence of the readiness of the future masters of tourism to the professional activity is substantiated; its structure consisting of interrelated (motivational, cognitive, information-technological, activity-operational, personality-creative) components is clarified. The criteria of the readiness of the future masters are determined. The concept is justified; the conceptual model of the professional training of the future masters of tourism in higher educational institutions is designed. The main idea is to create the model of the training future masters of tourism for the professional activities that corresponds to the social and educational requirements, tourism market needs, the variety of tourism, the individual needs of students. The effectiveness of the organizational and methodical system, innovative pedagogical technologies and the educational and information environment, which ensured its implementation, has been experimentally confirmed. A set of the organizational and pedagogical conditions was determined and proved its effectiveness. The structure of the educational and methodical complex of continuing education for the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) educational levels is substantiated. The sphere of usage: introduced in the educational training process of educational institutions.
