Zarichkova M. Theoretical, scientific and practical principles of social protection of pharmacy professionals in the current context

The dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical, scientific and practical principles of social protection of pharmacy professionals (SPPhP) in the current context. The principles and methods of the formation and implementation of the system of SPPhP in pharmacy institutions have been generalized and systematized for the first time. The concept of SPPhP has been developed and substantiated; its component has been elaborated, namely, the system of measures for improvement of the social protection of SPPhP. The features of SPPhP in the current context have been studied, the main professional risks. Methodological recommendations for determining of PhP’s needs for social services with their subdivisions of different forms of ownership and outlined its main components as measures of social support of the PhP. Methodical recommendations for the formation of employee benefits for PhP have been developed for the first time. The proposed introduction to the labor collectives of pharmaceutical institutions authorized person on social issues, developed its job description. For the first time, the structure of the social passport of the pharmacy institution and the methodological provision of its implementation and the algorithm for the formation of the information base of the social passport of the pharmacy institution for improving the effectiveness of management of the social sphere and improving the interaction of the management of the pharmacy institution and the PhP were developed
