Ryzhkov A. Management of projects and programs of joint training of international level specialists

Dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of the doctor of technical sciences in the specialty 05.13.22 "Project and program management". Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, Mykolaiv, 2017. Based on the developed in scientific work models and methods, the project management mechanisms and methods of harmonization of Ukrainian technical education in the world educational process have been created. An algorithm for universal information technology has been developed. It allows the systematic analysis of the quality of educational services in joint international projects that were provided on the territory of the Ukrainian university and abroad. The practical significance of the work is confirmed by the effective use of the results of theoretical research in solving practical problems of implementing joint projects and programs with foreign partners from Zhoushan (PRC), Zhenjiang (PRC), Sanya (PRC), Beijing (PRC), Batumi (Georgia), Ho Chi Minh City (SRV), Haiphong (SRV), Hanoi (SRV). The use of scientific provisions and the main results of dissertational work allowed to formulate programs and to start the implementation of new projects of joint educational programs with international partners.
