The dissertation is devoted to the clarification of physiological mechanisms of regulation of the intensity of peroxide oxidation of lipids and the activity of the antioxidant protection system in the pig pigs of different ages and types of higher nervous activity by the actions of stress factors and the development of methods for correction of reactivity and productivity, taking into account the revealed features. On the basis of the study of the main indices of conditioned-reflex activity of pigs, the age-old features of the intensity of peroxide lipid oxidation and the activity of the antioxidant system in pigs of various types of higher nervous activity were first established. A close correlation between the dynamics of the intensity of peroxide oxidation of lipids and the activity of the antioxidant defense system with the strength, balance and mobility of the nerve processes in the cortex of the cerebral hemisphere by the action of a technological stimulus of varying strength is shown. The inverse correlation bonds of the products of peroxide oxidation of lipids with force and equilibrium of cortical processes (r=−0.48–0.89; p<0.05–0.001) are established. Technological stress is accompanied by an increase in the content of peroxide oxidation products of lipids in red blood cells of pigs, depending on the type of higher nervous activity, by 1.5–2.6 times (p<0.001), with the intensity of free radical reactions inversely correlated with the strength and balance of cortical processes (r=0.48–0.89; p<0.05–0.001). The dependence of the activity of the enzymatic system of the antioxidant defense system on the age of pigs (F=2.16–159>FU=2.08; p<0.05–0.001) and the type of higher nervous activity (F=2.69–49>FU=2.68; p<0.05–0.001). The peculiarities of the influence of technological stress on the activity of the enzymatic system of the system of antioxidant protection in pigs have been established. The interconnections and mutual influence of the main characteristics of cortical processes with the content of cortisol in serum of pigs for technological stress are established. Technological stress is characterized by the formation of strong inverse correlation between strength and balance (r=−0.58–0.76; p<0.01–0.001) of cortical processes with cortisol content in serum of pigs. Experimentally proved and proved the effectiveness of using nanoparticles of Zn, Fe and Ge and micellar forms of tocopherol to correct the intensity of peroxide lipid oxidation and the activity of the antioxidant system of pigs of different types of higher nervous activity.
