The theoretical and methodological foundations of the social prophylaxis formation of human beings trafficking on the basis of the information and communication technologies usage has been considered and substantiated in this research. As a result of scientific research, the interpretation of the concept «human trafficking» has been presented and the characteristics of the main factors and consequences of human beings trafficking have been described. The scientific research has made it possible to define «social prevention of human beings trafficking» as one of the areas of social and pedagogical activity aimed at: neutralizing the risks and minimizing the risks of getting into the trafficking situation; aimed at: human rights self-defense and implementation of state social policy for solving and preventing the problem of human trafficking; formation of a responsible behavior model by means of raising the level of information awareness and personal responsibility for one`s life and the lives of others.
The expediency and priorities of information and communication technologies usage in the social prevention of human beings trafficking have been substantiated; the most promising are: technologies of modern media (mass media, social advertising); modern communication facilities (hotlines, call centers, instant messaging facilities); virtual technologies (WWW, Web 2.0, social media, newsgroups, e-mail and mailing lists, messaging systems (ICQ), Skype and cloud technologies).
The methodological foundations of social prophylaxis of human trafficking with the help of schools, colleges and universities on the philosophical, general scientific, specifically scientific and procedural (technological) levels have been determined and grounded.In the course of this research, the pedagogical system of social prevention of human beings trafficking has been developed by means of information and communication technologies, which is based on conceptual provisions, envisages the purpose, specific tasks, structure and content. The ICT involves a complex activity in three interconnected areas: structural, procedural and axiological. It has a practical implementation by means of the method of social prevention of human beings trafficking using ICT. As the result of the author's pedagogical system there is a formed information and legal competence of the individual.
The effectiveness of the pedagogical system and methods of social prophylaxis of human trafficking by means of information and communication technologies with the usage of methods of their statistical processing and comparative analysis has been investigated experimentally. The analysis of the results showed the high effectiveness of forming the information and legal competence of the individual as an effective factor in the organization of social prophylaxis of human beings trafficking on the basis of ICT technologies usage. The obtained quantitative and qualitative indicators have proven the advantage of the developed pedagogical system and methodology over traditional approaches to the organization of preventive activities in the field of prevention of human beings trafficking.
