This work solved an important scientific-applied problem, theoretical substantiation complex nonlinear processes of physico-chemical transformations that arise during the formation and transformation of deposit in filtering structures of contact deferrization of groundwater, and taking into account the scientific results that obtained during the construction or reconstruction of water deferrization installations, that has the great importance for the water supply of settlements of Ukraine with high quality drinking water.
