Essay

The object is the professional training of future teachers of pre-school establishments in higher education.The purpose is to scientifically substantiate the conceptual foundations and pedagogical conditions of the formation of the legal competence of future economists in the conditions of continuous university education.There are theoretical, empirical, statistical methods. Novelty - for the first time, the methodological and scientific-theoretical concepts of forming the legal competence of future economists in the conditions of continuous university education on the basis of systemic, contextual, technological, and competent approaches are revealed. The pedagogical conditions and a model of forming the legal competence of future economists in the conditions of continuous university education are scientifically substantiated. The methodology and technologies of forming the legal competence of future economists in the conditions of continuous university education have been further developed.Results - there are diagnostic and experimental methods and technologies of formation of legal competence of future economists in the conditions of continuous university education, elective courses and methodical provision of them: "Formation of legal competence of future economists" (for students of an educational degree "Bachelor"), "Legal support of professional activity of future economists" (for students of educational degree "Master")developed and tested.Implementation efficiency is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher educationinstitutions.
