Object of the study: processes of human resources’ international migration in the geo-economic transformations conditions; the purpose of the research: the development of a methodology for systematic study of human resources’ international migration in the context of geo-economic transformations and the justification on this basis of new conceptual foundations for the international migration regulation at the national, intergovernmental and regional levels; research methods and equipment: dialectical, system-structural, theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis and grouping, logical-historical method, statistical methods, comparative analysis, economic-mathematical modeling and correlation-regression method, expert survey method; theoretical and practical results: introduced the concept of "migration pair" as a combination of migrant`s origin and destination countries, within whom a migration corridor with specific quantitative and structural parameters was historically formed, characterized by a special institutional, socio-demographic, financial-economic, ethno-cultural and other environment of migration processes; the tool for identifying communication of international migration of human resources with geo-economic risks, presented through the integral indicator of migration attractiveness; the conceptual foundations of the institutional model of regional regulation of migration processes are theoretically grounded and developed; the classification of international migration has been improved through the use of an institutional approach and taking into account the importance of the sex-age and educational-professional groups of migrants for the formation of human potential, its transformation in the course of certain types of migration; a description of the impact of the ecological and natural type of geo-economic risk on the formation of the factors of the outpouring of human resources, as well as the mechanisms of its formalization by substantiating the methodology of clusterization of regional integration associations at the risk of extreme climatic events; methodological approach to the geo-economic risks estimation by the countries, which includes the proposed methodology for calculating the integral indicator of geo-economic risk of countries as the weighted average normalized aggregate indicators of individual types of geo-economic risks; a system of information support for the regulation of international migration processes at the international, regional and national levels, based on which the model of the multilevel information field is formed; the methodological principles of the study of international migration of human resources in terms of: definition of the concepts of "migration flow", "migration corridor", "migration motive" and "migration attractiveness", as well as interrelations between them, which allowed positioning the given concept as research objects migration processes; identification of trends in geo-economic transformations and outlining their impact on the international migration of human resources; definition of the influence of the politico-security type of geo-economic risk as a precondition for the formation of migration flows from countries where military-political conflicts and other military-political instability threats are recorded; approaches to international migration regulating in the migration pair countries to be implemented in employment policy, educational, social, informational, fiscal, monetary, investment and other policies aimed at integrating migrants and overcoming socio-economic problems related to migration; Identification of the characteristic features of Ukraine's integration into international migration processes through the description of the socio-economic and political and security preconditions of the emigration of the Ukrainian population, characteristics of the gender-age and educational and professional structure of the emigrants; the system of determinants of the formation of migration motifs, which are divided into groups such as economic, socio-demographic, political and security, language-cultural and ecological-natural determinants; degree of implementation: developments implemented in the practical activities of Public organization "Zhytomyr Oblast Union of Poles of Ukraine", Public organization "Zhytomyr Union of Volyn Chekhs", Department of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Zhytomyr City Council, Main Department of Statistics of Zhytomyr Region, Department of Economic Development, Trade and International Cooperation of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration, Ltd.
