Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to research solves the actual scientific problem concerning the study of morphology of bones of rats of different age periods. For the first time in the experiment, a sufficiently large number of animals revealed the patterns of changes in the macro and microstructure of the bones of the skeleton after the inhalation effects of toluene and epichlorohydrin. For the first time, the study of the features of the morphogenesis of the bones of the skeleton after the inhalation effect of volatile epoxy resins in the animals of the tufts. Deformation of bone growth processes, structure of cartilage, spongy and compact matter, as well as decrease of their mineral saturation and change of water-electrolyte composition have been detected. New morphological data on the destructive effects of toluene and epichlorohydrin on the skeleton were obtained, and the relationship between the duration of the factor and the depth of destructive changes most pronounced in the elderly animals was established. For the first time, the corrective action of thiotriazoline and tinctures of Echinacea has been demonstrated for growth parameters, formulation and mineral composition of bones to be studied, animals in different periods of ontogenesis and at different times after the termination of volatile epoxy resins.
