Essay

The dissertation is the first holistic historical an pedagogical study of the process of development of the categorical and conceptual apparatus of didactics in the pedagogical science of Ukraine (1920s - 1990s of the XXth century), its formal and logical, structural and content building in the whole set of system-formed notional and terminological groups according to the internal group hierarchy of type and generic fields. The historiography and source of the research work are characterized. The methodological bases of development of the categorical and conceptual apparatus of the native didactics in the discourse of the historical and pedagogical analysis are substantiated. The essence, origin, peculiarities of introducing the system-formed components of the categorical and conceptual apparatus of didactics into the academic communication, the defined notional and terminological groups ("learning process", "content of education", "teaching methods", "forms of teaching") in the national pedagogical thought of the IXth -the early XXth century are investigated. On the basis of social and political, cultural and economical, pedagogical and lexicological determinants, the periodization of the development of the categorical apparatus of the native didactics are proposed. An interdisciplinary approach is applied in the process of studying a historical process of developing the categorical and conceptual apparatus of the native didactics in the context of socio-political, socio-pedagogical and lexicological determinants, an algorithm of describing changes in the formation of notional and terminological systems of didactics is constructed. A modern subject and thematic classification of the categorical and conceptual apparatus of didactics is created. It is characterized the pointed out notional and terminological groups in the period of the Ukrainian people's liberation competitions, under conditions of introducing complex programs and realizing the principles of labor school, "Russian and Soviet culture", the classroom learning system, and in the context of school education democratization, under the conditions of weakening political and scientifical control over the structure and content of pedagogical terminology, and implementation the educational innovations into the pedagogical practice of Ukrainian school. Positive historical experience in modern conditions is actualized, it gives opportunity to rethink the status of teaching theory in the system of pedagogical sciences at different stages of the development of the native pedagogy, the importance of didactic heritage of Ukrainian teachers for the world experience in organizing the learning process.
