Stanovska I. The methodology of anti-crisis project management based on morphological and parametric analysis of organizational and technical systems

The dissertation solves the scientifically applied problem of morphological and parametric analysis methodology development of project management anti-crisis systems. There are factors determined for the project space expansion: the big bang from anti-crisis protomodels, chain reaction and methods for managing this process proposed. Methods for choosing anti-crisis solutions and evaluating their effectiveness are proposed. The morphological and parametric indicators of the project real current deviation from the planned are offered. The method of physical analogies in the planning and implementation of anti-crisis project management is developed. Methods for simplifying and optimizing design models have been developed. Tests of the results of the study with positive design and economic effect were performed.
