The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and experimental confirmation of the methodology of the soft and liquid medical cosmetic remedies (MCRs) development with plant active pharmaceutical ingredients for androgenic alopecia (AA) and Telogen effluvium (TE) complex topical therapy. For practical medicine (trichology) and pharmacy 5 new MCRs were created, namely for AA it was developed the the cream-mask and gel-mask with Serenoa repens dry extract and Sophora japonica tincture and the oil extract "Korenephyt" from Urtica dioica roots with antiandrogenic and venotonic effects; for TA – the gel-mask "Urtitsiya" with Urtica dioica juice and complex tincture "Stimuphyt" (with Urtica dioica (nettle) leaves, Salvia officinalis (sage) leaves, Aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut) leaves) with venotonic, capillaryprotecting and regenerating effects. The MCRs composition and technology was substantiated and experimentally developed, technological schemes of MCRs compounding and manufacturing were created, the technological reglament projects and quality control method projects were developed. It was received 5 patents of Ukraine (1 – invention, 4 – utility model patents) and 1 work copyright certificate № 67042 "Pharmacotherapy of alopecia. Extemporaneous prescriptions. Plant medicines. Guidelines". Technical Specifications of Ukraine 20.4-0201758-001:2019 "Hair Remedies" was developed and registered. It was developed 3 information letters approving by the problem committee "Pharmacy" and issuing by the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, the materials of which were introduced in the practice of drug-stores with extemporaneous compounding. The study results of the MCRs venotonic, follicle-stimulating, membrane protective effects and harmlessness were summarized
