Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the important scientific and technical problem connected with the construction of systems of converged balanced portfolio management of project losses reduction in the grids in the conditions of market turbulence, which allows to increase the efficiency of innovative projects, project portfolios and programs by means of developed models, methods and mechanisms of project design. - oriented management of the development of energy supply systems. An analysis of energy development trends shows that key factors are energy security, energy security, energy efficiency and environmental harmonization. At the same time, increasing the level of energy efficiency and reducing electricity losses is a strategic direction for reducing the energy intensity of the economy.40 The conducted analysis of the state and problems of the energy supply systems of regions, cities, settlements and consumers of Ukraine has determined the relevance and practical significance of the studies on the behavior of the electricity market in the conditions of turbulence, construction of models and methods of formation and management of portfolios of projects of electricity companies based on a converged balanced approach. In the dissertation the sources of losses and typical projects providing their elimination are revealed in the dissertation, the holistic model of the solution of problems of loss management in electric networks is developed, the model and method of search of rational projects for realization and the method of optimal formation of a portfolio of operational projects are constructed. The author also constructed a system of indicators for monitoring the effectiveness of project implementation and developed a convergent model of scaling the project portfolio in a multi-level scheme for managing electricity supply companies. Experimental studies of the proposed models and methods of portfolio management of loss reduction projects in the electrical networks confirmed their adequacy and effectiveness. Keywords: project and portfolio management, loss reduction in power grids, convergence, complementary neural network, proactivity, methodology, portfolio risks, economical production.
