Essay

The thesis is devoted to the psychological bases of entrepreneurial activity in educational organizations. The author analyzes the essence, resources, conditions, functions, main areas, forms and manifestation of educational organization intrapreneurship as well as describes the role of intrapreneurship in the implementation of the New Ukrainian School concept. The author discusses the psychology of intrapreneurship as an innovative area of organizational and economic psychology and considers the objectives, subject, tasks and development tendencies of the psychology of intrapreneurship. The author considers the essence and main structural characteristics of educational organization intrapreneurship and presents an intrapreneurship model. The thesis presents the results of a study into psychological features of educational organization intrapreneurship. The author analyzes the educational organization staff intrapreneurial activity index and its structural characteristics, the features of staff's intrapreneurial activity in relation to their socialdemographic, educational and professional characteristics, discusses the role of assessment of staff's intrapreneurial activity during organizational change-making, and describes the main categories of educational organization staff in relation to their intrapreneurial activity during organizational change-making. The author considers the main psychological factors in the development of educational organization staff's intrapreneurial activity, in particular, educational organization staff's entrepreneurial self-efficacy and its development. The author discusses the educational organization management system as an important educational organization intrapreneurship development factor and its main psychological components. The thesis presents the main results of the empirical investigation of the development of educational organization staff's entrepreneurial activity, with staff's job satisfaction as an important psychological measure of entrepreneurial activity. The author analyzes the main types of organizational culture in educational organizations and the impact of staff's entrepreneurial activity on organizational development and organizational culture. The author describes the aims, objectives and structure of the educational organization staff's entrepreneurial activity development training technology, the content and features of her special Psychology of Educational Organization Intrapreneurship course as well as the contents of the Educational Organization Staff's Intrapreneurship Development Training Program and Educational Organization Staff's Entrepreneurial Activity Development Training Program, whose effectiveness has been experimentally proved.
