Chernova L. Foresight-oriented methodology for strategic management of development programs

Thesis for a Doctor of Science Degree in specialty 05.13.22 "Project and Program Management". - Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Odessa, 2020. The dissertation deals with the scientific and applied problem related to the solution of the contradictions between the ever-growing demands on the organizational and technical systems development programs and the lack of approaches for solving the strategic management of projects, programs and portfolios. Theoretical bases of application of foresight-oriented methodology of strategic project / program management / development portfolios of complex organizational and technical systems have been developed. A fractal model of the influence of the state - branch - organization foresight is presented as a reflection of the environment of the system of strategic management of development programs.
