The thesis work provides with a theoretic and methodological analysis of the issue of the professional and personal socialisation of heads of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine with the content of conceptual provisions of its re-engineering and psychological support determined herein. It has been stated that foreign researchers are focused at the fundamental role of the personality in the socialisation, in particular in its internal realising of necessity of its personal development determining its activity vector. National scientists pay a significant attention to the social aspect, namely to the external evaluation of the personality by the society, where the activity is considered as the core of the personality or the source of its development, which is understood as a complex dynamic interaction system of the entity with the society, and during this process personal characteristics are formed and its direct socialisation is performed. It has been established that the professional and personal socialisation is considered as: forming (it provides the availability of appropriate circumstances for socialisation appearing); acquiring (it is determined by unconscious entity's activity in its occupational environment); and the process (it is determined by the personal professional activity, where the activity affects the personality and the personality determines the activity). The psychological map of the professional and personal socialisation of the head of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine as a theoretical model of the generalized emergence as a system created around the activity and personality as basic categories detailed within the blocks of the professional and personal socialisation, formed due to the components and reveal themself through the indicators and their categories. The comparative analysis with the officers provides the investigated characteristics of indicators of the professional and personal socialisation of heads of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine. The profiles have been created as well as based on them map-diagrams of specific stages (initial, qualification, competence, expertise) of the professional and personal socialisation of heads of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine. It has been identified that the effectiveness of stages is specified with the necessity to provide psychological equity and preservation of the internal balance between the criteria of the blocks of the professional and personal socialisation. The existence of relation between the indicators of socialisation and managerial functions of heads of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine has been established. The correlation casts have been represented and it has been proved that the components of the professional and personal socialisation are in synergic relations and comparable dependences both of heads and officers of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine, but they differ in the number and intensity. It has been grounded that re-engineering as updating and restructuring of the professional and personal socialisation of heads of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine require the search for new effective methodological support tools. The re-engineering tools comprise a system-synergic approach, system replaceability and synergic optimisation of professional and personal socialisation of heads of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine. The program for psychological support of the professional and personal socialisation of heads of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine has been developed. It has been underlined that the program components include a professional and psychological enrolment, psychological monitoring of the professional managerial activity, psychological support of the head's personality and its professional and psychological experience. The scientific and applied recommendations for optimisation and programs of the professional and psychological seminars-trainings to assist the professional and personal socialisation of heads of agencies and departments of MIA of Ukraine have been suggested.
