Essay

The dissertation thesis is devoted to complex studies concerning theoretical and experimental substantiation of solid dispersion formation in the development of complex preparations for the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus. The dissertation thesis is devoted to the theoretical and experimental substantiation of the composition and technology of solid dispersions in the development of complex medicinal preparations for the treatment of type II diabetes. For the first time, a methodological approach to solid dispersion formation of insoluble substances and tablets based on them, which consists in experiment planning, determination of TD production methods, composition optimization, development of production technology and quality control methods, has been scientifically substantiated and experimentally developed. For the first time on the basis of physicochemical, pharmacotechnological, structural-mechanical, biopharmaceutical, microbiological and pharmacological investigations the simple, competitive technique for solid dispersion formation of water-insoluble active pharmaceutical ingredients without application of additional specific complex equipment is theoretically and experimentally substantiated. Two new medicinal preparations have been developed and proposed for practical pharmacy and medicine, namely Glycerin and Thioquerine, intended for the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus. Regulatory and technological documenta-tion for the original medicinal preperations "Glikverin" and "Tiokverin" was developed, their technology was tested and samples of medicinal preparations were made in laboratory and research-industrial conditions of PJSC HFZ "Chervona Zirka". Preclinical studies of medicinal prepa-rations based on solid dispersions have been performed
