Essay

The research provides the theoretical and methodological justification of the concept, pedagogical system, organizational and pedagogical conditions and technology of formation of the educational environment in higher military aviation educational establishments, as well as the results of experimental verification of its effectiveness in the conditions of a higher military aviation educational establishment. The essence and structure of the educational environment in higher education establishments have been looked into in the thesis. The experience of formation and the characteristic features of the educational environment in domestic and foreign military education establishments have been analyzed. It has been found out that the differences in educational environment in higher military educational establishments of different countries stem from national mentality, historical experience, pedagogical science heritage, special aspects of a military organization composition. Along with the differences, there are such general tendencies in the domestic and foreign systems of professional training of aviation military specialists, as the appropriateness to the scientific and design paradigm of the state and development of aviation technology, the centralization of training in a multispecialty military education establishment, optimization of the ratio of scope of fundamental and humanitarian training. The educational environment in higher military aviation educational establishments is characterized as a subsystem of military education, polysubjective, large-scale in space and organized in time material and technical and methodological complex of resources of professional training of competent military specialists in the operation of aviation equipment and ground support of aviation flights. The formation of the educational environment in higher military aviation educational establishments is defined as a purposeful, clearly planned, long-term process of accumulation and realization of subject, corporate-value, program-methodical, educational-base structural components of educational environment. The concept and pedagogical system of formation of the educational environment in higher military aviation educational establishments has been presented. The pedagogical system of formation of the educational environment in higher military aviation educational establishments is a subsystem of an educational process, a holistic formation consisting of interdependent elements connected by cause and effect relations and relations of control. The main elements of the pedagogical system of formation of the educational environment are target- strategic, theoretical-methodological, content-component, and control-evaluation subsystems. The introduction of the pedagogical system of formation of the educational environment in higher military aviation educational establishments is provided by the technology, which is implemented in four stages: orientation-personal, cognitive-designing, organizational-activity and perspective-searching. The activation and functioning of all the subsystems of the pedagogical system of formation of the educational environment in higher military aviation educational establishments are supported by the organizational and pedagogical conditions. The thesis presents the structural and functional model of the pedagogical system of formation of the educational environment in higher military aviation educational establishments, as well as the methods of diagnostics of the level of formation of the aviation educational environment in multispecialty higher military educational establishments based on the justified criteria and characteristics. The results of the experimental verification of the concept and effectiveness of the pedagogical system, organizational and pedagogical conditions and technology of formation of the educational environment in higher military aviation educational establishments have proved the validity of the hypothesis. The introduction of the pedagogical system has made it possible to improve the state of formation of the educational environment, to improve the quality of professional training of aviation military specialists, to increase the educational performance of a higher military aviation educational establishment in the systems of independent ratings.
