Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the establishment of regularities of chronological sequence of morphogenesis and formation of syntopy of internal genitalia of female in fetuses and newborns. For the first time, a comprehensive statistical analysis of morphometric parameters of internal genitalia of female between distant groups of objects of study was performed and differences in their fetal anatomy under the probable influence of constantly changing environmental conditions were established. For the first time, differences in the structure of the internal genitalia of female in fetuses of different ages between time-diluted groups of morphological studies were revealed. The sequence of formation of the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes and vagina during the fetal and early neonatal periods of human ontogenesis was established for the first time. On the basis of the conducted morphometric and statistical analysis the normative fetal parameters of internal genitalia of female and the periods of their slowed down and accelerated development are established. For the first time, the emergence of possible variants of the structure and topography of the ovaries, uterus, vagina and fallopian tubes is substantiated. The obtained new scientifically substantiated data significantly supplement the modern ideas about the regularities of the ontogenetic chronology of perinatal development of the internal genitalia of female.
