Features of morphological changes of periodontal tissues at micro - and ultrastructural levels during 12 weeks of opioid action were established for the first time. For the first time, the peculiarities of the microbiocenosis of the tooth surface in the area of the gingival margin of rats in the dynamics of a 12-week experimental opioid effect were revealed. For the first time it was found that the use of antihypoxic drug "Pentoxifylline" and antibacterial agent "Ceftriaxone" causes a positive effect and helps to restore the structural organization of periodontal components and the state of the microbiocenosis of the oral subbiotope with the introduction of gradually increasing therapeutic doses after treatment. The obtained new scientifically substantiated data significantly complement the modern ideas about the patterns of structural rearrangement of periodontal tissues and dysbiotic changes of the tooth surface in the gingival margin during 12-week opioid exposure, as well as substantiation of correction of these disorders with pentoxifylline and ceftriaxone.
