Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of patterns of remodeling of structures and vascular bed of testicles in postresection arterial pulmonary and portal hypertension and in the introduction into the body of laboratory adult male rats rubomycin hydrochloride and cadmium chloride. In the simulated experimental conditions, a pronounced structural rearrangement of mainly small-caliber arteries of the testicles was detected, which was characterized by thickening of their wall, narrowing of the lumen, decrease in the Kernogan index, increase in the Wagenworth index, disruption of nuclear-cytoplasmic relations in endothelial cells, increase in the relative volumes of damaged endothelial cells. The veins are dilated, full-blooded, with a decrease in the thickness of their wall, the number of damaged endotheliocytes in the studied vessels increased, and structural cellular homeostasis was disturbed in them. The expressed remodeling of a hemomicrocirculatory channel of testicles is also established. The afferent (arterioles, precapillary arterioles), metabolic (hemocapillaries) parts of the hemomicrocirculatory tract narrowed, the portable (capillary venules and venules) part expanded, the density of microvessels was significantly mixed. Deterioration of blood supply, venous plethora of the testicles was complicated by damage to their intestinal and endocrine components. The growth in these experimental conditions of the relative volumes of damaged spermatogenic epitheliocytes, a marked decrease in the index of spermatogenesis intensity, a decrease in the number of Sertoli cells and epithelio-spermatogenic layer cells indicated a violation of spermatogenesis in the studied organs.
