Dziubanovska N. Methods and models for measuring and evaluating international trade.

The dissertation is devoted to development of methodological substantiation of mathematical modeling of estimations and technologies of measurement of the international trade of the countries of the world on the basis of use of modern methods and tools of quantitative measurement of economic processes. At the dissertation, the theory of international trade from the position of the proposition and the position of the drink is systematized. The notion of the «foreign trade measurement» as regulation, comparison of the main indicators of foreign trade that characterize the conduct of foreign policy and its consequences for the economy of the country, is highlighted. It is discovered that export and import turnovers, that form the basis for the calculation of other indicators of foreign trade are determinant among the system of the key indicators of foreign trade. A number of problems have been dealt with, such as speeding up the implementation of new trade in the country. The methodological aspect of the comparative analysis of international trade is shown schematically. The scientific concept was broken down to the assessment and evaluation of international trade on the basis of the establishment of economic and mathematical methods and a complex of indicators. Theoretical and methodological provisions brought to the level of specific practical propositions for the development of specific models for assessing international trade on the basis of alternative methods of mathematical modeling. A model for forecasting the dynamics of supply and demand in the market of goods is built. The concept of «trade structure» is defined as the set of the proportional ratio of groups of goods and services. A scientific idea was seen before the structural-dynamical analysis was carried out on the basis of L. A. Didov’s methodology as a conceptual basis for modeling the optimal strategies of international trade in the regions. A model for optimizing the structure of the country's foreign trade on the basis of the methods of line program has been stimulated. I have broken down the scheme of the decompositional approach to induce the models of optimization of the commodity structure of the country. To solve the numerical problem of linear programming, a program was developed in the C # programming language.
