Semchenko K. Theoretical and scientific substantiation of pharmaceutical development of combined drugs for complex treatment of helminthiasis of the digestive system

The dissertation is devoted to complex studies of the theoretical and experimental substantiation of the creation of drugs with a combined composition for the complex treatment of helminthiasis of the digestive system in adults and children. For the first time, a methodological approach to the development of drugs for the pharmacotherapy of helminthiasis of the digestive system at different stages of treatment, based on the pharmaceutical development of coated tablets, chewable pastilles and capsules. The composition, rational technology, and methods of standardization of “AP-helmin” (based on albendazole and praziquantel), “Albenpast” (based on albendazole), “Phytohelmin” (based on dry extracts of medicinal plants) are substantiated. A line of drugs with anthelmintic activity for extemporaneous production was developed and proposed. The types of primary packaging are determined, storage conditions and expiration dates of the developed drugs are established. Draft technological regulations and methods of quality control for the created medicines were developed. Preclinical studies have confirmed a wide range of specific activity and a low degree of toxicity.
