Essay

The thesis research is dedicated to the study of the psychological genesis of outstanding scientists’ creative abilities. The work analyzes, systematizes and summarizes scientific works on the theory of creativity and the concept of creative abilities development. The conditions that can become efficient in a creative personality’s formation are investigated. The issues of creating a developing environment in the family to promote the development of a child's inclinations are considered. The childhood, adolescence and professional development of V. Vernadskyi, I. Mechnykov, K. Ushynskyi are studied. The main conditions for the development of their scientific talent are determined. The analysis of subject-subjective orientation of relations in the "adult-child" systems, which contributed to the development of the scientists’ creative abilities, is provided. The factors that influenced the formation of the outstanding personalities’ creative abilities in the context of individual approach are determined. The subject-value approach is important in a creative personality’s development. The conditions for organizing a developing environment for the development of creativity in scientific activity are indicated. The psychological aspects of activation and optimization of creative process in both school and university education have been clarified. The influence of the environment on the formation of the outstanding scientists’ personalities is analyzed. Attention is paid to their parents’ families, close circles, teachers, colleagues that directly influenced the formation of future scientists’ worldview. The connections between significant socio-political events and the formation of the outstanding scientists’ worldview are traced. The factors influencing the formation of scientific talent in the conditions of ordinary life are investigated. A conceptual model for the development of a creative personality has been developed. The main aspects are genetic and physiological prerequisites for the development, features of cognitive processes and personality traits. The social factors of creative activity are motivational and value components, the quality of the developing space of the educational environment, socio-psychological and political conditions. The micro- and macroenvironments are essential for a creative personality’s formation. The personality is a system-forming factor in the problem of capacities development. A personality’s search for his or her own integrity can be a factor in the ability to make scientific discoveries. The need for a personality’s development can lead to the development of society through the consumption of new works, theories (noosphere) and inventions.
