Babakina O. Advancing the system of academic staff professional development in Ukraine from the mid 1970s to the beginning of the 21st century

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of development of the system of advanced training of scientific and pedagogical workers of institutions of higher education of Ukraine of the last quarter of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century. The essence of the concept "development of the system of advanced training of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions" is revealed in the work. The method of periodization is developed and the main periods of development of the system of advanced training of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions of Ukraine within chronological limits are singled out. The research methodology, the system of criteria by which the state is analyzed and the political, socioeconomic, organizational and pedagogical preconditions, tendencies, features of development of system of advanced training of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions of Ukraine of the last quarter of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century are substantiated. The process of development of management system of advanced training of scientific and pedagogical workers of institutions of higher education of Ukraine within the certain periods is integrally investigated. The tendencies of development of the system of advanced training of scientific and pedagogical workers of institutions of higher education of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration are revealed.
