Essay

The thesis provides theoretical generalization and a new solution to the important scientific problem of students’ self-realization in the integrated educational environment. The concept of research on students’ self-realization in the integrated educational environment was presented; the research aim was to reveal four structural elements of self-realization through their implementation as interrelated stages; the methodological basis for examination and optimization of psychological resources to improve self-realization of students with disabilities was proposed. The genesis of students’ self-realization in the integrated educational environment was conditioned by students’ motive of actualization and realization of their individuality, which determined the desire to develop their own potential, to achieve psychological maturity and competence. The theoretical and methodological bases for the empirical study on systemic genesis of students’ self - realization in the integrated educational environment and corresponding methods studying its integral organization were substantiated.
