Thesis for the scientific degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences by Field of study 13.00.04 – theory and methodology of professional education. – Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State University. The effectiveness of the system for the development of the project culture of the future teacher was reasonably developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified in the dissertation. In the dissertation for the first time, on the basis of the essential provisions of methodological approaches (systemic, competence-based, person-oriented, activity- based, axiological, project-based), the concept was substantiated and a system for the development of the project culture of future teachers was developed as a unity of interdependent elements, covered by cause-and-effect relationships and coordination relationships; a model of the system for the development of the project culture of future teachers was built and experimentally verified, the components of which are motivational-target, conceptual-strategic, organizational-active, content- technological, diagnostic-resultative blocks connected by functional connections; the pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the system are substantiated, namely: the use of project methods in the professional training of the future teacher; training methods as a means of developing the project culture of the future teacher; development of the project culture of the future teacher in group research activities; the use of information and computer technologies in the system of developing the project culture of the future teacher; criteria (motivational, cognitive, behavioral, evaluative), indicators and levels (productive (high), reproductive (medium), elementary (low)) of the formation of the project culture of future teachers are determined; developed a methodology for the development of the project culture of future teachers in professional training; the content of the concepts «professional culture», «pedagogical culture», «project culture of the future teacher», «project», «projecting», «project activity», «project training», «professional training», «preparation of future teachers for project activity has been clarified», «project competence of the future teacher», «concept of development of the project culture of the future teacher»; structural components and functional properties of the project culture of future teachers; of further development acquired an idea of the peculiarities, theoretical, content, organizational, methodical principles of training future teachers; forms, methods, means and technologies for the development of the project culture of future teachers, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of this process. A model of the system for the development of the project culture of future teachers has been developed, the components of which are defined as motivational- target, conceptual-strategic, organizational-activity, content-technological, diagnostic-resultative blocks. The subsystems (blocks) of the built model of professional training of future teachers are: the motivational and target block contains the goal of professional training of future teachers, determined in accordance with the social order (needs of society; complication of the functions of professional activity in modern conditions; competition on the labor market) to train highly qualified, competitive teachers, formation of project culture of future teachers. The result is a teachers as a carrier of project culture. Comparing the results of the experimental work showed that the level of formation of the components of the project culture of future teachers according to each of the criteria is higher in the experimental groups compared to the control groups. Positive dynamics confirm the effectiveness of the developed model of development of the project culture of future teachers in experimental groups. Qualitative analysis of indicators, based on a comparison of the results of diagnostic indicators of students of the experimental and control groups, as well as mathematical calculations, make it possible to conclude that the high level of project culture of future teachers in the experimental group is higher than in the control group.
