In this work impairment's dynamic and rat's liver's tissue reparation after local warm and cold destruction of the skin by morphological and biochemical analyses were studied. A quantitative parameters for impairment's assessment and for the evalution of compensation reactions of the liver on the different levels their structural organization were determined. The investigations gives us a possibility to clearing of identical of the cells me chanisms of the liver's tissue changes. There is a possibility for the prophylactic and therapeutic steps development for the correction liver's imparaiment after thermal trauma
