The object of research is Personality's Formation as integrated and is the main element in the life activity of the Individual in a context of his mutual relation with a Society. The purpose of research is a philosophical understanding the Personality's Formation as a central element of its life activity. The methods of research are structurally functional, logical and structural-logical, unity of historical and logic, ascension from abstract to concrete. The integrated conception of person's formation in the organic interconnection with the person's individuality, its self - realization and life values in system "Person - Society" is reasonable.
