. In the development of nervous, endocrine and immune apparatuses of the human vermix during the postnatal period of ontogenesis, two periods were established: I-period of growth and differen-tiation; II-period of involutionale changes. Similar regularities in changes of the nervous and endoc-rine and immune apparatuses of the human vermix and the presense correlative connections between them at the ontogenesis postnatal period and in appendicitis prove the functional unity of these apparatuses and belonging to system of the initial reaction, warning and protection of the organism.
