Essay

Theoretical and practical approaches to the cloning based on the production of chimeric embryos with the using of cells of ameiotic parthenogenones had been worked out. Possibility of cow parthenogenones production under condotions of inhobotion of the 1st polar body extrusoin and physioligical maturation of oocytes had been established. Clones of reconstituted rabbit and bovine blastocysts was obtained after transfer of morula nuclei to ooplasts. Cytogenetic analysis of embryos had been carried out.
