The concept of professional deformation is developed in this these as an integral part of the theory on person formation and development especially for the M. of I.A. workers. It is proned that professional deformation is the result of professional activity and influence of different determinants carried away in time. The systems of the main indicators of professional deformation of the M. of A.I workers out and investigated it‘s dynamiics.
