- researches subjects: 776 lung and cardiac patients and 346 healthy persons (controle) were observed to higher effectivness of functional diagnostic.Researches methods:Pnevmotermocalorimetry, spirography, reography, statistical and apparatus-program complex were used.The theoretical results: The principles of pneumocalorimeteric quantity estimation of the insufficiency of condition function of respiratory system and it's graduation were work out. The important role of lung's and heart's insufficiency in decreasing conditional facilities of respiratory system were determined.Practical results: The principles of pneumocalorimeteric quantity estimation of the insufficiency of condition function of respiratory system are given up. The effectiveness of devised pneumo calorimetric method of estimation of functional condition of cardiorespiratory system, for estimation of results of treatment and correction of condition function of respiratory system were proved.Apparatus-program complex was worked up, i ncluded an electronic pneumocalorimeter and computer program of pneumocalorimetric review of patients provided automatic definition and the calculation real and proper pneumocalorimetric parameters of breathing, long term electronic safe, deliver of the conclusion about degree of insufficiency of condition function of respiratory system in real time scale.
