3. In this study a new concept in the anatomy of stomach based on the geotopographical principal of reconstruction of its form with computer tomographcal layers is developed. Patterns of structure-functional changes in the operated stomach were determined. Using mathematical modelling in complete electro-conductive surroundings, all the positive and negative aspects of reconstructive operations after resection of stomach were analysed. In the experiments on animals, interdependence of the changes in volumetric form of stomach, process of mixing of its contents, qualitative and quantitative nature of its microflora has already been proved.
