Khoroshun B. Food Policy in Ukraine in the 1920-1930ies.

The thesis is dedicated to the all-round investigation of the essence of food policy of Bolchevist regime in Ukraine in the 1920-1030ies. The positive experience of solving of food problem in the conditions of New Economic Policy /co-existence of different forms of management in the village, development of cooperative movement and agricultural contracting, material incentive of the peasants in expansion of their production/, and the criminal acts of Stalin management which were committed againts the Ukrainian people, the peasants above all, during numerous requisitions, gorced grain-collections, holding of collectivization and forced starvation in 1932-1933 are deing analyzed. The thesis emphasizes that the food policy of Bolshevist regime was a constituent part of Stalin policy as to Ukraine.
