Essay

The thesis is devoted to the morpho-functional evalution of the liver-duct system in the conditions of the experimental acute cholesistitis, created in 60 dogs. Common morphological, histological research of liver and gall-bladder and general bile ducts was used in the work. The results achieved proved that in acute cholesistitis morphological and functional changes in the liver-duct system organs took place, they being present in all the parts of intramural nerve apparatus, creating conditions for the disturbance of normal mechanismus of these organs' functioning regulаtion. Cholecystomy performed the reconstruction of these changes.
