Filipova L. Bibliographic Systems of Ukraine in Information and Computer Space: Theory, Organization, Technology

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical, organizational and technological problems of creation of automated bibliographic systems of Ukraine in the information and computer space (on the bases of the bibliographic system of science and technology). The "user's" approach to the research of bibliographic systems and databases is offered. It persmits to determinthe place, importence and perspectives of the development of information and bibliography personnel in the computer and communication space. The new direction in the information and library science and practice based on the usage of Internet-resources and technologies is developed in this research. The main outcomes of the work were applied in the library and bibliography practice, educational and scientific activity of high schools in the field of documentation and culture studies.
