Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the examination of peculiarities of pathogenesis, duration and treatment of bronchial asthma in children of pubertate age. There were determined causes that lead to changes in duration of this disease during sexual maturation, and shown differences of clinical manifestations in boys and girls conditioned by peculiarities of their hormonal state in pubertate period. It was proposed the method of individual prognosis of development of severe forms of bronchial asthma in children of that age group. There were elaborated the treatment program and training in the "asthma-school" program that allow to control bronchial asthma duration effectively and considerably improve life quality in adolescents
