Essay

Thesis is devoted to creating the step approach in applying different methods of extracorporal treatment (ET) of bronchial asthma patients (ВАР). Author determined that choice of ET method depends on form, phase and course of disease. The dependence of haemosorption efficacy on brand of adsorbent and blood volume was determined as well as plasmapheresis efficacy on procedure quantity and blood extraction volume. It was revealed that ВАР exposed to radiation have the same immunologic features and ET efficacy as those from ecologically "clean" regions. The immunologic predictor for haemosorption efficacy was stated.
