Dokashenko V. Trade-unions of Ukraine under the totalitarian regime in the seventies and eighties

The object of research is the essence of determining phenomena and processes of soviet model of totalitarianism in the seventies and eighties, the period which is characterized by the activity of trade-unions. The purpose of the present research is to find out the real aim of the trade-unions in the system of totalitarian relations. The research techniques are based on complex of historical and sociological methods. The mechanism of the supporting the totalitarian authority by trade-unions was revealed and its forms and methods were defined. The provement of inadmissibility of using the conception of "drive bells" in practice of modern state formation was given in the present work. The results of research can be used by trade-unions in practice of the development of relationship with state authorities and political parties.
