The thesis substantiates theoretical, methodological and applied provisions on the formation and functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the development of export potential of agricultural enterprises. The conceptual bases of construction of economic, organizational and organizational-economic mechanisms of formation of export potential of enterprises within the integrated structures of agrarian business and functioning systems of market distribution of export-oriented products are substantiated. The directions of institutional influence on the development of export potential of agro-industrial enterprises have been improved. The scientific interpretation of the concept of "export potential of agricultural enterprises" has been developed by formalizing the social and economic components of its formation and sale, as well as considering it in organic relation with the categories of markets, competition and competitiveness through the lens of creating conditions for improving the efficiency of the main activity of economic relations. Methodical approaches to forecasting agricultural production volumes by agricultural enterprises, depending on changes in the situation of foreign markets, are the basis for strategic management of the export potential development of agricultural enterprises. The correction of the composition of the instruments of state support of export of key agricultural products during the favorable price conditions is suggested. The system of factors of formation of export potential of agro-industrial enterprises is identified by substantiation of their typology on the basis of allocation of price, quality, production, logistic, integration, social groups and formalization of casual links between their elements.In the dissertation the substantiation of conceptual bases of construction of economic, organizational and organizational and economic mechanisms of formation of export potential of domestic enterprises of agroindustrial production is made. At the same time, these mechanisms were considered in the context of the synthetic concept, when the organizational mechanism mediates the procedures of implementation of reactions and influences of the enterprise on manifestations of objective factors, which are mediated within the economic mechanism. In turn, through an organizational and economic mechanism that is synthesized in the process of combining the two, the enterprise gets the ability to fully open the possibilities of its involvement in the implementation of export activities within the integrated structures of agrarian business or rationalization of commercial interaction with subjects of circulation of agricultural products. exporting operations. It is proved that the construction of competitive structures of agricultural markets, systems of market distribution of its main types, low level of market power of agroindustrial enterprises actually make it impossible for them to carry out export operations independently and significantly inhibit their participation in the distribution of income from the sale of products on the market causes integration interaction with market participants. It is established that the priority use of the tools of marketing management of safety and quality of products allows to form and fully realize price competitive advantages by ensuring compliance of quality characteristics with the requirements of foreign consumers with simultaneous correction of the organization of production processes. This process must be preceded by the identification of threats and the identification of critical control points for the functioning of production and marketing systems of agro-industrial enterprises. The scientific interpretation of the concept of "export potential of agro-industrial enterprises" has been developed, under which it is necessary to understand the totality of the enterprise's opportunities for efficient production and successful sales of products that are in demand in foreign markets. The main purpose of the formation, development and realization of export potential of agricultural enterprises is to increase the efficiency of their activity, both economic and social. In this case, export potential is realized in certain market conditions, under the competitive structure of the target markets, and along with obtaining adequate tasks of expanded reproduction of capital advanced by the enterprise, the result of its successful realization is to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise and products.
