Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental solution of scientific task for development of special competence of lecturers of special subjects in Higher military educational institutions in the post-graduation education system. In the paper: it was the first time: when organisation and pedagogical conditions of special competence development of Higher military educational institutions special subjects lecturers in the postgraduate education system was substantiated and experimentally verified (motivating Higher military educational institutions special subjects lecturers to develop and self-develop special competence and providing their subjectivity; integration of forms of course (intramural) and inter-course (distant) improvement of pedagogic qualification; pedagogical modelling of development of professional competency of special subjects lecturers in the system of postgraduate education; differentiation of education content according to levels of their professional competence development, pedagogical length of service, academic degree); there were improved: criteria for diagnosing the development of special competence of special subjects lecturers (value-motivating, emotional-and-will, cognitive, praxeological, controlling-and-evaluating, subjective) via clarifying their exponents, which provide the objective defining of humanistic direction, motivation for pedagogic activity, individual mental peculiarities of military pedagogues, subjective and professional attitude to pedagogical activity; further development was given: to the concept of «special competence of lecturers of special subjects in Higher military educational institutions» – it was supplemented with such professionally important features as «values and motives acquired within military professional training, and the service experience», as well as «subjective attitude to pedagogical activity and constant self-improvement in it»; structure of special competence of lecturers of special subjects in Higher military educational institutions (value-motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, subject-activity, reflexive and subjective components).
