The dissertation examines the problem of providing the effective humanitarian training for future technical specialists in the aviation industry at the bachelor's level using innovative technologies in higher education institutions of Ukraine and proposes a new approach to its solution, which is to introduce a model of the humanitarian training of the above-mentioned specialists during their professional training.The dissertation theoretically substantiates the model of humanitarian training of future technical specialists of aviation with the use of innovative technologies, which is based on systemic, synergetic, competence, personal-activity, contextual, integrative, contextual, culturological approaches, principles, consistency, scientificity, systems training, professional orientation, interdisciplinary integration, inclusion in innovative activities, unity of traditional and innovative, combination of individual and collective forms of training, reflectivity. The blocks of the model are characterized: target (training of a technical specialist of the aviation industry, who has humanitarian knowledge and is able to apply them in educational and professional activities, life in society); methodological (reflects the main approaches on which the model is based, the principles of teaching that provide effective humanitarian training); content-organizational (contains pedagogical conditions, innovative methods (case method, project method, method of problem presentation of material, essay method, computer support methods, research methods) and organizational forms (lectures-visualizations, lectures-dialogues, problem lectures). “Inverted” lectures, practical classes using ICT, seminars-conversations, research seminars), innovative educational and content resource (updated content of disciplines “History of Ukraine and Ukrainian culture”, “Fundamentals of political science, jurisprudence and psychology”, “Fundamentals of sociology, culturology and philosophy”, developed special courses “History of Aviation of Ukraine”, “Corporate culture of aviation companies and ethics of business communication”), evaluation-effective (monitoring the level of formation of humanitarian competence of cadets), formation of humanitarian competence.
