Modern tennis is a game that requires from athletes technical and tactical actions of high power, speed, variety. Athletes must perform a large number of movements in combination with a variety of actions. For the effective implementation of technical and tactical actions at loads of this level requires integrated training of tennis players, ie one that involves an organic combination of the use of tools for the development of physical qualities, tactical thinking, quality techniques. The technical and tactical training of tennis players aged 10-12 is very difficult. This age precedes puberty, children begin to accelerate growth, restructuring the functioning of various body systems. Therefore, the development of technologies that optimize the training process, increase its efficiency without increasing the volume and intensity of loads is of particular importance. One of such technologies is the visualization of technical and tactical actions. Qualitative perception of technical and tactical elements allows to improve the process of learning technical and tactical actions, increase the effectiveness of understanding strategy and tactics. The scientific novelty is that for the first time: indicators of technical and tactical skills of tennis players aged 10-12 have been determined; the general and individual factor structure of training of young tennis players is defined; formulated provisions of integrated training of young tennis players: emphasis on technical and tactical training in integration with the development of functional capabilities and psychophysiological functions of young tennis players; individual approach in the integrated training of young tennis players taking into account the individual factor structure of training; optimal combination of athletes in pairs in training according to the results of cluster analysis; developed and substantiated the program of integrated training of young tennis players 10-12 years in the annual training cycle with the use of technologies for visualization of technical and tactical actions; an author's video manual has been developed, which provides for mastering the author's tactical schemes with a combination of all types of training of young athletes; shows the effectiveness of the developed program of integrated training of young tennis players aged 10-12 with the use of technologies for visualization of technical and tactical actions in terms of positive impact on the level of physical, technical and tactical fitness and competitive performance.
