Navalneva N. Confiscatory Sanctions in Civil Law.

The dissertation research is the qualifying scientific work, where scientific approaches to defining the concept of confiscatory sanctions in civil law, their types, grounds and procedure of implementation, aimed at improving the legal regulation of civil relations in this area have been offered for the first time in domestic civil science. Section 1 “General provisions on sanctions and conditions for their application in civil law” improves the concept of “sanctions in civil law” with the clarification that these are legal means, which consist of certain negative consequences established by law or a contract, which are applied in case of non-performance (improper fulfillment) of an obligation specified by law or a contract, violation of prohibitions, restrictions and in other cases established by law.
