Chornous A. Administrative legal regulation of the National Information Infrastructure of Ukraine

Thesis for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by program subject area 08 Law, specialization 081 Law. – Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv – Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kyiv, 2020. The thesis is an independent completed scientific paper devoted to the examination of the notion, structure, principles and characteristics of the national information infrastructure as an object of administrative legal regulation, to the examination of genesis and development of national and global information infrastructures. In the first section of this work, special attention is paid to the analysis of foreign experience in the regulation of national information infrastructures, as well as to the analysis of the current state and development prospects of the National Information Infrastructure of Ukraine. The thesis author has also studied the peculiarities of the structural components of the National Information Infrastructure of Ukraine as of a legal and organizational platform for the public administration bodies' activities.
